Preparation Switch to cook mode Quinoa salad Step 1 In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the avocados and lime juice. Step 2 When ready to serve, cut the avocados in half lengthwise and remove the seed using a knife. Step 3 Then, remove about 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of the flesh of each avocado and transfer into a bowl. Drizzle the remaining portions with lime juice to prevent them from turning brown. Step 4 Using a fork, crush the avocado flesh you just removed until you get a smooth and homogeneous puree. Incorporate the remaining lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
