Fresh parsley
Sparkling water
Muddle the mint and parsley leaves with your hands. Place them at the bottom of a tall glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling water. Fill the glass with ice.
Mix with a stirrer or spoon until the glass becomes cold.
Add the sparkling water.
Garnish with mint and parsley leaves and blueberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
