Step 2 In a pan, over medium heat, simmer the maple syrup, milk, and espresso for 2 minutes. Do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Step 3 Then, incorporate the liquid preparation to the dry ingredients. Transfer into a sealed container. Step 4 Refrigerate overnight. The next morning, heat up and split into 4 bowls.
