Preparation Switch to cook mode Homemade slush Step 1 In a blender, puree the watermelon until smooth. If needed, strain through a sieve. Pour the mix into ice cube trays. Keep in the freezer for at least 8 hours. Step 2 In the same blender (well rinsed), mix all the coconut slush ingredients until smooth. Pour the mix into ice cube trays. Keep in the freezer for at least 8 hours. Step 3 Once all the cubes are frozen, transfer them into a sealed container or into freezer bags. Step 4 Crush the coconut cubes in a blender.
