Refund Policy

As of today, you must request an exchange or refund online by writing us at [email protected]. Please give us the following informations: name, order number, products you want to exchange or return, reason of return.

The address can be found on the return slip of your package. Send the products back to this address :

You have 15 days following the reception of your order to request a refund.

Buyer assumes the responsability of shipping and handling costs for the return.

Items must be in perfect and unused condition. Condition of the items and eligibility to refund will be evaluated by us once we’ve received your return package.

We will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping fees, once we will have received your items. The refund will be done automatically through the same method of payment used during the initial transaction.

We offer guarantee for normal wear and manufacturing defects for 90 days following the purchase. The full purchase price, excluding shipping fees, will be refunded once we will have received your items.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 7 to 10 business days. All packages are sent with Canada Post, Nationex, Fedex or Purolator.

We ship worldwide. Shipping fees may however vary.

You can ship to any address. If your billing address is different, simply write your informations in the “customer informations” section when checking out. Then, in the “Billing and Payment” section choose “Use a different billing address”.

We do not offer multiple addresses delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to Canada Post or Purolator’s website to track your package.

If the shipping address is wrong, write us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can edit your order before it is sent out. If you have already received your confirmation email, the address cannot be changed anymore. Unfortunately, carriers do not accept address changes either. You will have to pay the full price for a new shipment (prices usually range between $1.90 CAD and $15.00 CAD, depending on the package’s weight and the location).

Packages are shipped with Canada Post, Nationex, Fedex or Purolator. In some situations, you may get a product recall sent to your house. If you want, you can register on Canada Post or Purolator’s website and ask that your package be redirected.

If your package is returned to the sender, you have 2 options. The first one is that you pay the full shipping price again (prices usually range between $1.90 CAD and $15.00 CAD, depending on the package’s weight and the location). The second one is that you get a refund, minus the shipping fees that were already charged. In case of free shipping, the item will also be refunded minus the shipping fees that would normally have been charged.
