  • How can I use a promo code?

    In your cart, write the promo code in the designated space. Only one promo code can be used at once. You can’t use a promo code after the transaction has been completed.

  • Where can I get Hubert Cormier's books?

    Our books are all available in French only in our shop as well as in most Quebec’s bookstores.

    Yogurt Every Day is available everywhere in Canada and in the United States, online and in some libraries.

  • Can I get electronic versions of the books (ePub)?

    No. No electronic versions are currently available.

    Reusable bags

  • Where can I get reusable bags?

    We have reusable bags available in our online shop.

  • Where are the reusable bags made?

    Our reusable bags are handmade here in Quebec. We are very proud to be partnering with local businesses!

  • Are the reusable bags safe for food?

    Of course! They are made from laminated polyurethane (PUL) and are food grade certified (BPA, lead and phthalate free).

  • Are the reusable bags completely waterproof?

    While the fabric has impermeable properties, the reusable bags are not completely waterproof. The zipper is also not waterproof. We therefore recommend that you don’t place liquids or wet foods (raspberries, watermelon…) in the bags.

  • Are the reusable bags washable? How can I wash them?

    The reusable bags are machine washable at delicate cycle. They can also be washed by hand with cold water. You can let them air-dry while hanging or laying flat. Do not use bleach.

  • What are the sizes and the capacity of the reusable bags?

    Handy sizes for lunchboxes, purses, backpacks, the office or the car:

    • Small : 3 ¾ po X 5 po
    • Medium : 5 po X 7 po
    • Large : 6 ¾ po X 8 po

    The following payment methods are accepted in our online shop :

  • How can I edit or cancel my order?

    Please contact us before you receive the confirmation email for your order. If you have already received it, you will have to procede to a return once you’ve received your package by writing us at [email protected].

  • What are the shipping times within Canada?

    Standard shipping: 7 business days

    Express shipping (if available): 1 to 3 business days

    Packages are sent with Canada Post, Nationex, Fedex or Purolator.

  • What are the shipping fees within Canada?

    Standard shipping is free for all orders over $50 CAD.

    Standard shipping :

    • Orders between $0 and $5.99: $1.00
    • Orders between $6 and $9.99: $1,95
    • Orders between $10 and $19.99: $2.95
    • Orders between $20 and $49.99: $4.95
    • Orders over $50: FREE.

    Express shipping (when available) :

    • Orders between $0 and $19.99: $3.95
    • Orders between $20 and $74.99: $7.95
    • Orders between $75 and $199.99: $14.95
    • Orders over 200 $ : 29,95 $.

  • Do you ship outside Canada?

    Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees may however vary. They start at $9.95 for standard shipping with Canada Post.

  • Can I ship to a different address than mine?

    Yes. You can ship to any address. Just write your informations in the “Customer informations” section when checking out. Then, in the “Billing and payment” section choose “Use a different billing address”.

  • Can I ship items from a same order to multiple addresses?

    No. We do not offer multiple addresses delivery.

  • Can I track my package? How?

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to Canada Post or Purolator’s website to track your package.

    This option is only available when you purchase books or when you select express shipping.

  • I put the wrong shipping address. What can I do?

    Write us as soon as possible at [email protected] so we can edit your order before it is sent out. If you have already received your confirmation email, the address cannot be changed anymore. Unfortunately, Canada Post and Purolator do not accept address changes either. You will have to pay the full price for a new shipment.

    Returns and refunds

  • How can I make an exchange or get a refund?

    You must request an exchange or refund online by writing us at [email protected].

    Please give us the following informations: name, order number, products you want to exchange or return, reason for the return.

  • At what address do I mail my return or exchange?

    The address can be found on the return slip of your package. Send the products back at this address :

  • How much time do I have to make an exchange or ask for a refund?

    You have 15 days following the reception of your order.

  • How can I make an exchange if I'm not satisfied by the product?

    You must first procede to a return as explained above in order to get a refund. Mention that you would like to make an exchange. Then, make a new order online with the desired products.

  • If I want to make a return, are there shipping fees?

    Buyer assumes the responsability of shipping and handling costs.

  • Are my items eligible for return or exchange?

    Items must be in perfect and unused condition.

    Condition of the items and eligibility to refund will be evaluated by us once we’ve received your return package.

  • When will I receive my refund? How?

    We will refund the full purchase price, excluding shipping fees, once we will have received your items. The refund will be done automatically through the same method of payment used during the initial transaction.

  • What guarantee is offered for the products after purchasing?

    We offer guarantee for normal wear and manufacturing defects for 90 days following the purchase. The full purchase price, excluding shipping fees, will be refunded once we will have received your items.
