Plain Greek yogurt
Whole white chia seeds
Honey
Diced kiwis
Green grapes
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the chia seeds.
Pour the honey into 2 jars or glasses (15 ml / 1 tablespoon per glass).
Pour the yogurt mix in the glasses.
Top with kiwi dices.
Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Then, blanch the green grapes for about 1 minute before rinsing them under cold water.
Remove the grapes’ skin.
With a food processor or hand blender, grind the grapes into a smooth and homogenized sauce.
Pour the sauce onto the kiwis.
Refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight) before serving.
