Mango, cut into pieces
Grapes, cut in halves
Dragon fruit, in balls
Kiwis, cut into pieces
Toasted coconut flakes
Limes (zest and juice)
Fresh basil, finely chopped
First, rinse the quinoa. Then, cook it following the instructions on the packaging. Let cool completely.
In a large bowl, mix together the Grand Marnier, honey, lime zest, and juice.
Note: To keep your quinoa fruit salad fresh longer, add the dressing directly in the bowls when serving.
Add the remaining ingredients except the fresh basil. Gently toss.
Spread the fruit salad into bowls. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
