Fresh orange juice or 100% juice
Orange, cut into fine slices
Indian masala chai spice mix
Make chai tea following the instructions on the packaging. Filter.
In a small pan, heat all the ingredients over medium-low heat until the liquid is steaming. Remove from heat, cover, and let infuse for 20 minutes. Filter again if necessary.
Pour the orange juice into a large jug. Add a few slices of orange and cinnamon sticks. Serve hot.
