Icing sugar
Vanilla extract
Angel food cake
Crushed strawberries
In a bowl, whip the cream using a hand mixer set at medium speed.
Add the icing sugar and vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the refrigerator.
To assemble the dessert, garnish the angel food cake or mini cakes with a layer of whipped cream.
Spread the strawberry mix on top.
