Blue cheese, crumbled
High-fat plain Greek yogurt
Green onions, finely chopped
Celery stick, finely chopped
Lemon (for the juice only)
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Large whole cauliflower
In a large bowl, crumble the blue cheese. Add all the other ingredients except the cauliflower and mix with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Blanch the cauliflower (leaves included) by submerging it 1 minute in a pot filled with boiling water.
Then, place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 25 minutes (cooking time may vary depending on the cauliflower’s size).
Serve with the grilled meat and blue cheese sauce.
