In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
In a second bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
Incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix until homogeneous, then add the blueberries. Mix delicately.
Pour 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of the pancake batter on an oiled crepe pan or non-stick pan. Cook about 1 minute or until the pancake bubbles. Turn and cook 30 more seconds or until both sides are golden.
