Ripe banana
Vanilla skyr
Milk
Fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
Cereals of choice
The day before, mix the first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl. Using a hand blender, puree until smooth.
Add the cereals and mix gently using a spatula.
Split the preparation between 8 popsicle molds. For a more pronounced taste, let the cereals soak a few hours in the refrigerator before freezing the popsicles.
Freeze overnight. Enjoy the next day.
