Onion, chopped
Vegetable oil
Garlic cloves, finely chopped
Cornstarch
White vinegar
Worcestershire sauce
Ketchup
Dry mustard
Salt and black pepper
Golden yellow sugar
In a small pan over medium heat, brown the onion in the oil for a few minutes.
Add the garlic. Cook for 1 more minute.
Incorporate the cornstarch. Mix during at least 1 minute.
Add the remaining dry ingredients. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
The devil’s sauce can be served hot or cold.
