Plain Greek yogurt
Honey
Lemon (zest and juice)
Chives, chopped
Green cabbage, chopped
Green apples, julienned
Carrots, julienned
Almonds, coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper
In a large bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Then, add the coleslaw ingredients. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
