Baking soda
Baking powder
Kosher salt
Ground cinnamon
Ground cardamom
Banana, cut into 12 slices
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Line a muffin mold with 12 silicone or paper cups.
In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
In a second bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.
Using a wooden spoon, incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients at once. Do not overmix. Pour the preparation into the muffin mold.
Place one banana slice on each muffin and press lightly.
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
