You can also add nuts, dried fruits, or spices for more flavours! Why use very ripe bananas? Very ripe bananas provide a maximum of flavour to banana breads. In fact, bananas with brown spots are much sweeter than the slightly green ones. Brown bananas are therefore ideal for purees, while green bananas do not make a homogeneous texture. Line a muffin mold with 12 silicone or paper cups. Step 2 In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Step 3 In a second bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients. Step 4 Using a wooden spoon, incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients at once. Do not overmix. Pour the preparation into the muffin mold.
