Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a bowl, mix the sugar, egg, lemon (zest and juice), yogurt, and vanilla extract until homogeneous.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oat flakes, baking powder, and salt. Then, add the preparation to the wet ingredients.
Add the blueberries and mix gently.
Place baking cups into each cavity of a muffin mould (or simply a silicone mould). Finally, pour the preparation equally into the baking cups and cook for 3o minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
