Granulated sugar or brown sugar
Water
35% M.F. cooking cream
Vanilla extract
Fleur de sel
Unsalted butter, diced
In a small pot, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Cook without stirring until the preparation is golden, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and incorporate the cream, vanilla, and fleur de sel.
Add the butter and mix until it is entirely melted. Let cool completely.
