Large flake oats
Pecans, coarsely chopped
Pumpkin seeds
Salt
Maple syrup
Canola oil
Dark chocolate (chipits, shredded, drops)
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F). Line the baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Incorporate the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Spread the granola on the baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely and add the chocolate. Store in a sealed container.
