Sparkling water (homemade or shop-bought)
Fresh strawberries, lightly crushed
Fresh strawberries, sliced
Fresh basil, finely chopped
Cucumber, finely chopped
Fresh mint, finely chopped
In a container (mason jar, measuring cup, or bottle), infuse the aromatics in the sparkling water. Keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Note: since we’re using sparkling water, it’s important that the container is well-sealed and to avoid letting the ingredients infuse too long.
Filter and serve in a tall glass with a few ice cubes.
