Oat flakes
Plain Greek yogurt
Almond milk
Honey or maple syrup
Nutmeg
Mango
Distribute the oat flakes between two glass jars.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, the almond milk, the honey and the nutmeg.
Pour the mix onto the oat flakes. They will absorb the liquid during the night.
Add your choice of fruit.
Seal the glass jars and refrigerate your mango oatmeal overnight.
