Plus, the frozen bananas provide a delicious creamy and rich texture. Essentially, we could say nice cream and rawnola are kind of the healthier versions of ice cream and protein granola. Best of both world, right? You must try it! However, nice cream on its own doesn’t contain enough protein to make a filling breakfast. That is why a touch of plant-based protein from the nuts in the rawnola are ideal to truly satisfy your hunger! Vanilla plant protein powder - 1 ounce 30 g To discover! Rawnola Various unsalted raw nuts - 1 ½ cup 375 mL To discover! Hemp seeds - ½ cup 125 mL To discover! Dried plums, pitted - 30 30 To discover! Flax seeds - 1 tablespoon 15 mL To discover! White chia seeds - 1 teaspoon 5 mL To discover! Unsweetened coconut, grated - ½ cup 125 mL To discover! Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon 2.5 mL To discover! Salt - 1 pinch 1 pinch To discover! Preparation Switch to cook mode Step 1 In a blender, mix together all the nice cream ingredients. Step 2 Split the preparation into 4 bowls. Step 3 Using a food processor, grind the nuts. Add the remaining rawnola ingredients and mix 1 more minute or until the rawnola holds well.
