Zucchinis, cut in half lengthwise
Homemade or shop-bought spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 400 °F (230 °C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
With a small spoon, scrape the inside of the zucchini halves to create a cavity on the length. Keep that part for another use.
Put mozzarella cheese in each zucchini. Next, put spaghetti sauce on top and then mozzarella cheese again. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the stuffed zucchini halves on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over them. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
