Italian tomatoes, diced
Red onion, coarsely chopped
Avocado, cut in large pieces
Cooked bacon, in pieces
Feta cheese, crumbled
Pepper
Olive oil
Lemon juice
In a salad bowl, mix together all the tomato salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix together all the dressing ingredients using a whisk. Pour unto the tomato salad. Gently toss and serve.
