Coconut Greek yogurt
Oat flakes
Pineapple, shredded
Mango, diced
Lemon juice
Vanilla extract
Coconut shavings
Pecans, coarsely chopped
Mix all the ingredients except the coconut shavings. Cover and keep in the refrigerator.
In the morning, spread the mix into 2 bowls. Garnish with coconut shavings and pecans.
