In a blender, puree the watermelon and honey until smooth. Strain with a sieve to collect the juice. Set aside.
In a large jug, mix all the other ingredients.
When serving, pour the lemonade, then add the watermelon juice.
Serve very cold. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint.
