Medium bananas
White beans, rinsed and drained
Unsweetened applesauce
Eggs
Maple syrup
Vanilla extract
All-purpose flour
Whole wheat flour
Ground cinnamon
Baking soda
Baking powder

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Butter a 9 x 5″ (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a blender, puree the bananas with the white beans, applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth. Set aside in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix together the 2 flours, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Pour into the loaf pan.
Cook in the oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes before unmolding. Let cool completely.
Mix all the frosting ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place the bread on a serving plate. Spread the frosting on top of the bread.
