Here is a classic mojito of Cuban origin with a Quebec touch! Mojitos are so refreshing thanks to their mint leaves and lime juice. They’re therefore the perfect summer drinks! This pimped version features a beloved Quebec fruit: blueberries! We also added some parsley for a unique twist! Surprisingly, this mojito doesn’t actually have blueberries. In fact, we used this blueberry syrup from Monsieur Cocktail. However, you could always puree some blueberries to garnish your rum-based drink! Blueberry syrup substitute Don’t have blueberry sryup at home? Use simple syrup instead! Or make a blueberry puree, as suggested above, for a fruity taste. Sparkling water - 2 oz 60 mL To discover! Preparation Passer en mode cuisine Blueberry mojito 1. Muddle the mint and parsley leaves with your hands. Place them at the bottom of a tall glass. 2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling water. Fill the glass with ice. 3. Mix with a stirrer or spoon until the glass becomes cold. 4. Add the sparkling water. 5.
