Preparation Avocado deviled eggs 1. Delicately remove egg yolks. Set aside the egg whites on a plate. Place 3 egg yolks in a bowl (refrigerate the 3 others for another use). 2. Add the avocado, cottage cheese, and lime juice in the bowl. Coarsely crush with a fork. 3. Then, incorporate the cilantro, chives, salt, and pepper. 4. Finally, fill each egg white with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of the preparation and garnish with smoked paprika and/or chili powder. What to do with the remaining egg yolks? There are many recipes in which you can reuse your eggs, so don’t throw them away! For example, you could add them in a green salad or make a sandwich.
