Preparation Switch to cook mode Avocado deviled eggs Step 1 Delicately remove egg yolks. Set aside the egg whites on a plate. Place 3 egg yolks in a bowl (refrigerate the 3 others for another use). Step 2 Add the avocado, cottage cheese, and lime juice in the bowl. Coarsely crush with a fork. Step 3 Then, incorporate the cilantro, chives, salt, and pepper.
