Onion, finely chopped
Vegetable oil
Garlic powder
Ground turmeric
Allspice
Salt
Brown sugar
Bananas, finely sliced
White vinegar
Water
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Brown the onion for 5 minutes.
Add the spices. Cook 1 more minute.
Add the brown sugar, bananas, and white vinegar. Cover and cook 15 minutes over low heat.
Using a hand mixer, puree the preparation until smooth. Add water if necessary.
