Greek yogurt
Garlic clove, finely chopped
Lemon, squeezed and zested
Sugar
Hot sauce of choice
Salt and pepper
Pulled jackfruit (see recipe)
Salsa verde (see recipe)
Marinated red onions (see recipe)
Small corn tortillas
Avocados, mined
Red cabbage, finely chopped
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Romaine lettuce, finely chopped
Limes, cut into quarters
In a bowl, mix all the spicy yogurt sauce ingredients. Set aside in the refrigerator.
In a non-stick skillet, slightly heat the tortillas without using a liquid or greasy substance.
Add the pulled jackfruit, marinated red onions, and salsa verde inside the tortillas.
Finally, add the remaining taco ingredients. Serve with quarters of lime.
