Eggs
2% evaporated milk
Sour cream and onion chips, crumbled
Green onions, finely chopped
Fresh basil, finely chopped
French shallot, finely chopped
Parmesan cheese, grated
Nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Caramelized onions
5% sour cream
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, chips, green onions, basil, French shallot, parmesan, and yeast. Season with salt and pepper.
In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Then, pour the omelette preparation. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until desired doneness.
Garnish with caramelized onions and sour cream. Serve.
