Cocoa Dusted Almonds

Heat the maple syrup and almond extract in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Quickly add the hot syrup mix to the almonds.

Then, add the cocoa powder and mix until the almonds are completely coated.

Finally, move the almonds around in a sieve to remove the excess cocoa powder.
