Ripe avocados
0% M.F. plain Greek yogurt
Corn kernels
Onion, finely chopped
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Ground cumin
Fleur de sel and ground pepper
In a guacamole maker, food processor, or big bowl, puree the avocados’ flesh.
Add the yogurt and mix well.
Incorporate the corn, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix again and serve.
