Garlic clove, chopped

In a guacamole mortar, food processor, or large bowl, puree the avocados and drizzle with lime juice.
Incorporate all the other ingredients and mix well. If desired, garnish your guacamole with jalapeno peppers, green onions, and lime wedges.
There are many ways to prepare a low-calorie guacamole. For example, you could include plain yogurt in your recipe! The latter will provide a rich and creamy texture to your guacamole while boosting the protein content.
