Apple juice
Pour 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of yogurt into each mold of two ice trays. Freeze for 1 hour.
In a blender, purée the fruits (and vegetables, if desired). If the texture is too thick, add apple juice.
Pour the preparation into the ice trays. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
