Preparation Switch to cook mode Blueberry Clafoutis (Flaugnarde) Step 1 Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Butter a round mold or a cast iron skillet (23 cm / 9 inches in diameter). Step 2 In a bowl, whisk together the soy beverage, vanilla, eggs, honey, and lemon juice. Then, add the flour and lemon zest. Mix until homogeneous. Step 3 Incorporate 180 ml (¾ cup) of blueberries and pour into the mold. Step 4 Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until the flaugnarde is golden. Step 5 Let cool a few minutes.
