    Banana muffins are a delicious and healthy snack ideal for busy days or mornings on the go. Plus, our muffins are rich in nutrients because of the ripe bananas and whole wheat flour that we use. 

    Simple and quick to make, these muffins are perfect when you need a filling and nutritious snack. This recipe can easily be adapted according to your likings or food restrictions. 

    You can also add nuts, dried fruits, or spices for more flavours! 

    Why use very ripe bananas?

    Very ripe bananas provide a maximum of flavour to banana breads. In fact, bananas with brown spots are much sweeter than the slightly green ones. Brown bananas are therefore ideal for purees, while green bananas do not make a homogeneous texture.
