Preparation Switch to cook mode Healthy blueberry muffins Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Step 2 In a bowl, mix the sugar, egg, lemon (zest and juice), yogurt, and vanilla extract until homogeneous. Step 3 In another bowl, mix the flour, oat flakes, baking powder, and salt. Then, add the preparation to the wet ingredients. Step 4 Add the blueberries and mix gently. Step 5 Place baking cups into each cavity of a muffin mould (or simply a silicone mould).
