Large flake oats
Macadamia nuts
Oat bran
Salt
Canola oil
Maple syrup
Limes (zest & juice)
White chocolate (chipits, shavings or drops)
Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Incorporate the wet ingredients. Mix well.
Spread the homemade macadamia granola on the baking sheet. Bake about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let cool completely. Sprinkle lime zest on top of the granola mix. Add white chocolate if desired. Store away in a sealed container.
