Preheat the oven to 160 °C (325 °F). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Incorporate the wet ingredients. Mix well. 3. Spread the homemade macadamia granola on the baking sheet. Bake about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Let cool completely. Sprinkle lime zest on top of the granola mix. Add white chocolate if desired. Store away in a sealed container. How to Store Homemade Granola? Granola can be kept in a sealed container at room temperature for many days, even weeks in the right conditions. During summer, or if there’s a lot of humidity, you can reheat your granola in the oven to dry it out again!
