Granola can be kept in a sealed container at room temperature for many days, even weeks in the right conditions. During summer, or if there’s a lot of humidity, you can reheat your granola in the oven to dry it out again! Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Step 2 In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Incorporate the wet ingredients. Mix well. Step 3 Spread the homemade macadamia granola on the baking sheet. Bake about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Step 4 Let cool completely. Sprinkle lime zest on top of the granola mix.
