In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients.
Add the chicken (about 454 g, whole or diced) to the marinade. Keep in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours.
Finally, cook the poultry with its marinade your preferred way (grill pan, barbecue, oven…).
