Frozen bananas
Matcha
Vanilla plant protein powder
Various unsalted raw nuts
Hemp seeds
Dried plums, pitted
Flax seeds
White chia seeds
Unsweetened coconut, grated
Ground cinnamon
Salt
In a blender, mix together all the nice cream ingredients.
Split the preparation into 4 bowls.
Using a food processor, grind the nuts. Add the remaining rawnola ingredients and mix 1 more minute or until the rawnola holds well.
Make lumps.
Note: the rawnola can be kept 1 week in the refrigerator.
Finally, garnish the nice cream with the rawnola and serve.
