Freshly squeezed orange juice
Plain Greek yogurt
Sugar
Butter, melted
Orange zest
Egg
Grand Marnier (orange fruit liqueur)
All-purpose flour
Almond powder

Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
In a large bowl, mix together the orange juice, yogurt, sugar, butter, orange zest, egg, and Grand Marnier.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the almond powder and salt.
Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir using a wooden spoon until the dough is homogeneous.
Pour the preparation into silicone molds.
Place 3 almonds on top of each scone and press lightly.
Cook 20 minutes or until the scones are slightly golden.
Let cool completely before unmolding.
