Butter - 1 tablespoon 15 mL To discover! Green onions, finely chopped - ¼ cup 25 g To discover! Preparation Switch to cook mode Savory oatmeal Step 1 In a pan, bring water to a boil. Add the oat flakes. Cook at low heat for 10 minutes or until the desired texture is obtained. Step 2 Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir fry the asparagus and mushrooms for 4 minutes. Step 3 Add the baby spinach et sage. Cook for 2 minutes until the spinach wilts. Add the soy sauce. Season with pepper. Mix well. Set aside and keep warm. Step 4 In the same skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side up (or poached!). Set aside and keep warm. Step 5 Once the oatmeal is ready, remove from heat. Add the butter. Step 6 Spread the oatmeal into 4 bowls and add the vegetable preparation on top. Step 7 Add an egg on each portion. Sprinkle with green onions. Like it? Share it!
