Maple syrup

White beans, rinsed and drained
Honey
Graham crumbs
In a blender, purée all the smoothie ingredients until the texture is smooth.
Pour the honey on a plate and the Graham crumbs on another.
Dip the glasses in the honey and then in the crumbs to frost the rims.
Pour the smoothie preparation into the glasses and enjoy.
