In a pan, pour all the sauce ingredients. Let simmer for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients.
First, spread out the wonton wrappers. Put about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each piece. Then, fold the dough in half and press firmly the edges to make sure it’s airtight. Fold the sides towards the center.
In a pan, bring water with salt to a boil. Cook the pork dumplings for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside on an oiled baking sheet.
In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and brown the dumplings. Finally, serve with the sauce and garnish with crushed peanuts, to taste.
