Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

In a bowl, mix together all the chia seed pudding ingredients. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, mix the chia seed pudding. If the preparation is too firm, add milk (15 ml / 1 tablespoon at a time) until desired texture.

Mix together the strawberry and basil salsa ingredients.

Split the chia seed pudding into 2 bowls. Garnish with the strawberry basil salsa.
